Yusen Cruises will begin selling all 19 courses of the Asuka II cruise ship’s summer 2023 cruise from April 18.
Departing from Yokohama, Kobe, and Hakata between June 17 and August 19, the course lineup is rich in variety, including round-Japan cruises to various ports of call, cruises to view summer festivals and fireworks from the ship, and theme cruises to enjoy special dinners and special events.
The Asuka II is the largest ship of its kind in the Japanese registry, measuring 241 meters in length, weighing 50,444 tons, and accommodating 872 passengers. 436 sea-side cabins and an open-air bath are available, and a variety of dining and entertainment options catering to the tastes of Japanese passengers can be enjoyed.
Cruise information sessions will be held in Nagoya (April 22), Sapporo and Fukuoka (April 23), Tokyo (May 20), and Osaka (May 28) to introduce Asuka II’s attractions and how to enjoy the cruise. Admission is free and reservations and capacity are required.
