Celebrating Tokyo Disney Resort’s 40th Anniversary! We had an early look at the new parade “Disney Harmony in Color”!

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the grand opening of Tokyo Disneyland on April 15, 1983, and the Tokyo Disney Resort is becoming more and more powerful. In this issue, we will introduce you to the festive atmosphere of the park! We will focus on the daytime parade “Disney’s Harmony in Color.

The park’s various areas are also in a festive mood for the 40th anniversary. Be sure to visit Toontown and Fantasyland behind Cinderella Castle to look for decorations. And of course, the ramps before entering the park. Did you notice them?

Cinderella Castle is also decorated with special 40th anniversary decorations to add to the festive mood! After sunset, the castle sparkles like a sprinkling of pixie dust, so be sure to check it out in the late afternoon as well.

Colorful garlands will be hung in various places in the park, creating an atmosphere that is just like a dream come true. The park calls this garland “Dream Garland,” a key item that symbolizes the 40th anniversary, with the hope that everyone will join together like garlands to celebrate the 40th anniversary in a grand way! The garland is a key item symbolizing the park’s 40th anniversary. Cast Members can use it as a name tag accessory, and of course, guests can also wear it to create a festive mood together.

The theme for the 40th Anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort is “Dream-Go-Round. We will celebrate this special year together by connecting the colorful dreams of Disney friends, Guests, and Cast Members into one.

The biggest attraction of the Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary “Dream Go Round” is the new daytime parade, “Disney’s Harmony in Color”.

Under the theme of “Into a World of Colorful Harmony,” a total of 12 floats will appear along the parade route! In addition, all the characters will appear and dancers will return, making this a new entertainment experience that is truly worthy of celebrating the 40th anniversary.

The lead float is “Into a World of Colorful Dreams. The float is decorated with a rainbow of seven colors and plenty of petals, and Tinker Bell is in the foreground. Petals gently float in the air as a colorful Disney world unfolds.

The “New Me” float features Nick and Judy Buddy from Disney’s “Zootopia.” Try a new mission with the hilarious Clawhauser!

And in “Exciting Adventures,” Russell, Doug, and Grandpa Carl from the Disney & Pixar film “Grandpa Carl’s Flying Home” will greet you. You will also meet Kevin, the legendary bird who held the key to the story, and the little birds. Set off on a new adventure with them!

The brave and beautiful float “Into the Unknown” brings together the Disney Princesses from the films “Moana and the Sea of Legends,” “Merida and the Thrilling Forest,” and “Rapunzel on the Tower! The film depicts their journey into the unknown with their precious determination and courage.

The second half of the parade will feature a “Family Ties” float. Miguel from the Disney & Pixar movie “Remember Me” enjoys the Day of the Dead to a rhythmic tune.

The Incredibles family, dressed as superheroes, also appear in a scene from “The Incredibles Family” in which the whole family helps Jack-Jack, who has grown to a giant size.

In the “With the Best Friends” section, the well-known Woody and Buzz Lightyear and their friends from the “Toy Story” series of Disney and Pixar movies will be riding together in RC radio-controlled cars. In addition, Vanellope and Ralph from Disney’s “Sugar Rush” will also be there!

In addition, Hiro and Baymax from the movie “Baymax. All the big heroes, including Honey Lemon and Gogo, who appear for the first time, are gathered. The bright red torii gate of San Fransokyo also stands. Their appearance watching over the city has the same atmosphere as in the movie.

And for the parade finale, the long-awaited “Harmony of All Your Dreams” float featuring all your Disney friends, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their 40th Anniversary costumes, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale and all the rest! Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale all make an appearance! The float will be a scene of colorful dreams and moments that will become harmony and continue into the future.

Disney’s Harmony in Color” is performed once a day for about 45 minutes along the parade route, and from April 15, it is eligible for “Disney Premier Access” (2,500 yen per person), so it is recommended to take advantage of this offer to ensure your visit.

In addition, the parade route is decorated with banners of characters in special 40th anniversary costumes. After watching the parade, please enjoy taking pictures with the banners of your favorite characters!
