Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is finally open for business! We have seen the luxury hotel in the sky “BELLUSTAR TOKYO” on the top floor.

Two hotels, “BELLUSTAR TOKYO” and “HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU” on the upper floors from 17 to 47 The upper floors of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, from 17 to 47, are occupied by hotels and restaurants. The 17th floor will feature a terrace, “JAM17 DINING” and “HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel” (18-38F). The 17th floor will house “JAM17 Dining & Bar,” which will also have a terrace. The 9th to 10th floors will house “109 Cinemas Premium Shinjuku,” a movie theater with premium seats, the 6th to 8th floors will house “THEATER MILANO-Za,” a theater, and the 1st to 4th basement floors will house “Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO),” a live music venue. Entertainment and restaurants are gathered on the 1st to 5th floors, including the wellness club “EXSIYION” on the 5th floor, “THE TOKYO MATRIX”, a Shinjuku dungeon attack experience facility on the 4th floor, “namco TOKYO” amusement complex on the 3rd floor, and the 2nd floor The first floor will house several stores, including a Starbucks Coffee shop, and airport access buses connecting Haneda and Narita airports will arrive and depart. In addition, many artworks by 26 artists are on display throughout the facility, allowing visitors to enjoy art without any worries. HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU will also have special art rooms designed by artists.
