Fujikyu Bus, Fujikyu Shonan Bus, Fujikyu City Bus, Fujikyu Mobility, and Fuji Express will introduce EV buses from EV Motors Japan. The Fujikyu Group has previously introduced electric buses made by foreign manufacturers, but this is the first introduction of vehicles made by a Japanese manufacturer.
Fujikyu Bus, Fujikyu Shonan Bus, Fujikyu City Bus, and Fujikyu Mobility have each introduced one large F8 series2-City Bus. The buses are scheduled to be in service on and after April 22.
Fuji Express introduced the compact “F8 series4-Mini Bus,” which started service in January as a community bus “Chii Bus” in Minato Ward, Tokyo. The exterior of the bus was designed by elementary and junior high school students along the route.
