In the fast-growing Indo-Pacific region and Africa, which is linked to the Indo-Pacific region and has great potential, there is an ever-increasing need for climate change countermeasures and quality infrastructure development. This MOU aims to strengthen the development cooperation projects of both organizations in developing countries and further promote partnerships to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by strengthening cooperation in the areas of climate change, disaster management, energy transition, sustainable urban development, private sector support, and assistance to vulnerable areas. The project will be implemented through the following activities.
