On April 19, At Home released a ranking of Sotetsu Line stations where rents increased with the opening of the new line.
Sotetsu and Tokyu opened new lines (Sotetsu Shin-Yokohama Line/Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line) on March 18, and especially along Sotetsu lines, direct access from the Minami-Kanagawa area to the city center without transfers and shorter travel times is now possible.
Junko Banzen, Executive Officer and General Manager of the Data Marketing Department at Home Lab, explains that the focus of attention is the Sotetsu Izumino Line, a branch line connecting Futamatagawa Station (Yokohama City) and Shonandai Station (Fujisawa City), where the year-on-year rate of increase in prices of new houses and rental apartment rents is higher than the prefectural average. There are many plans to develop large-scale commercial facilities and residential areas, and they expect the population to continue to flow into the area.
The top stations for price and rent increases during the January-March period are as follows (compared to the same period in 2022)
New houses: Izumino station (128.2%)
Used condominiums: Hiranumabashi Station (133.4%)

Apartments for Lease (Family) : Hiranumabashi Sta.
