JAL and Oriental Land will launch the “JAL Colorful Dreams Express,” a specially painted aircraft commemorating the 40th anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort, on domestic routes on June 9.
This is the fifth tie-up with JAL Group, an official sponsor of Tokyo Disney Resort since its opening.
This time, the airline will operate a colorful Boeing 767-300ER aircraft (total 252 seats) with Mickey Mouse and his friends. The headrest covers and paper cups will also be specially designed to celebrate the anniversary year. Also, if desired, passengers will receive a total of three types of proof-of-flight stickers, which will be changed each period.
The first flight will be a round-trip charter flight to/from Haneda on June 9. Regular flights will begin on June 10 and run until around April 2024. Specific routes and flight numbers will be disclosed on JAL’s website the evening before the flight.
