The Shizuoka City Taiga Drama “What to do about Ieyasu” Promotion Council is operating a free shuttle bus service between the “What to do about Ieyasu: Shizuoka Taiga Drama Museum” and the Shizuoka City Museum of History. The service will run until January 28, 2024.
In the car, Harufutei Shota, honorary director of the Taiga Drama Museum and honorary advisor to the Shizuoka City Museum of History, will announce the relationship between Prince Ieyasu and Sunpu, and guide the passengers through the relationship between Ieyasu and Sunpu. Beginning with an explanation of the relationship between Ieyasu and Sunpu, he will introduce the places and sights associated with Ieyasu, including Shizuoka Sengen Shrine, the Taiga Drama Museum, Sengen Street Shopping Street, Sunpu Castle Park, Aoi Boat, and the Shizuoka City Museum of History.
On weekdays, one bus will operate a total of 12 services (every 45 minutes), and on weekends and holidays, two buses will operate a total of 23 services (every 15 to 30 minutes). The service is suspended every Monday and during the year-end and New Year’s holidays.
