Seibu Railway will hold the “Seibu-Densha Festa 2023 in Musashioka Sharyo Inspection and Testing Center” on June 3 (11:00 – 15:30).

At the Musashioka Rolling Stock Inspection and Maintenance Center (462-1 Dai, Hidaka City, Saitama Prefecture), the company’s largest rolling stock inspection and maintenance facility, visitors will be able to experience various activities, including a ride on a traverser, a large machine that carries a train, and for the first time in two years, maintenance vehicles will be on display.

In addition, two tour trains will run directly to the Musashigaoka Car Inspection and Maintenance Station. Tour participants will be able to enter the festival directly. In addition, children can enjoy a uniform photo session, purchase railroad goods, stage events, and food and beverages from kitchen car vendors.

Admission is free, and reservations must be made in advance via the Seibu Line application. The details and start of the application process will be announced on the official website in mid-May. On the day of the event, a special train will stop at each station between Hanno and Koraeki, and a shuttle bus will be operated from Hanno Station to the venue.
