Tokyu Land Corporation has decided on the name “Tokyu Plaza Harajuku (Harakado)” for the commercial facility scheduled to open in the spring of 2024 in the “Jingumae 6-chome Area Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project” (6-31-21 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) at the Jingumae intersection.
In addition, the company announced that Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku, located across the street from the planned site, will be renamed Tokyu Plaza Omotesando (Omokado), and that the two buildings, Harakado and Omokado, will work together across the Jingumae intersection.
The tenants will include a public bath “Kosugi Yuhara Yado (tentative name)” on the first basement floor, a daily free space “COVER” on the second floor, a creators’ market on the third floor, and an Experience D food and beverage code on the fifth and sixth floors.
