JAL x Karimoku to exhibit upcycled retired Boeing 777

JAL and Karimoku Furniture will hold “Upcycling Airplanes JAL | Karimoku” at “Interior Lifestyle 2023” at Tokyo Big Sight. The exhibition will be held from June 14 to 16, from 10:00 to 18:00 (until 16:30 on the last day), and visitors are required to pre-register (free of charge).

JAL, Karimoku Furniture, and seven architects and designers collaborated to create an exhibit of interior products designed by architects using parts from JAL’s retired Boeing 777 aircraft. The exhibition will feature upcycled products created by Karimoku Furniture based on the designs.
