Tobu Railway has begun accepting applications for elementary school student reporters to ride in the cockpit lounge of the first train on the first day of commercial operation (July 15) of the new Spacia X limited express train.
Six pairs of parents and children will be selected, three pairs of two people and three pairs of three or four people, and one representative will participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the departure ceremony. Participation is free of charge.
In the cockpit lounge of the lead car, passengers can watch driving scenes, and at the café counter, they can taste limited-edition Nikko-like products.
Applications can be submitted through the official TOBU Kids LINE account. The application period is from 2:00 p.m. on June 9 to 11:59 p.m. on June 16, and nicknames for the Spacia X character will also be accepted at the same time.
