Gogo Curry will sell “Guam Curry,” a collaboration menu with the Guam Visitors Bureau, from June 21 to August 31.
An original recipe only for this collaboration, supervised by Chef Daisuke Negishi of the Italian restaurant “Kapanna” in Sakaisuji Honmachi, Osaka, who is the only person in Japan certified by the Guam Visitors Bureau as having passed down Chamorro cuisine.
The thick, thick roux is topped with eight chicken nuggets and fries topped with special curry powder.
Prices are 950 yen for a small portion, 1,000 yen for a medium portion, 1,150 yen for a large portion, and 1,300 yen for an extra large portion. Customers will receive a collaboration sticker with their order, and will be entered into a drawing for 55 winners of an “original collaboration T-shirt” using the QR code on the sticker.
