The “”Disney 100″ Stylish Canna” (14,000 yen), which is being offered at the Canna restaurant until August 31, is a special dinner to celebrate Disney’s 100th anniversary.

This time, we present three special plates. First is the appetizer “Marinated Seared Striped Horse Mackerel with Kaga Tai Cucumber and Egoma Salsa Caviar and Sudachi Form”. The deliciousness of the seared striped horse mackerel in this refreshing summery dish is enhanced by the sudachi.
Next up was the main course, “Grilled Wagyu Sirloin and Little Gem Lettuce with Green Pepper Miso Béarnaise Sauce. The carefully finished Wagyu sirloin spreads its delicious flavor as soon as you put it in your mouth.
It is also good to enjoy it dipped in a mild yellow green chili sauce.
Last is the dessert, “Lychee Blancmange with Muskmelon Granite and Soup. In a cool glass bowl, granite made from muskmelon at its best and lychee blancmange were served. The melting of the ice cream in your mouth is a delicious and eye-opening experience.
The course also comes with a “Magical Art Drink”. You can choose from 100 Disney designs, of course. It is a purple base & non-sweet iced cafe latte, so it is perfect for drinking between meals.
