MISIA’s costumes up close! Tokyo Disney Resort Encore! The Moments Exhibition” I saw the exhibition. Input costume information that is usually known only to those involved!

I visited the venue at Ikspiari, a commercial facility in the Tokyo Disney Resort, as soon as I heard that a new special exhibition had started on July 1 for a limited time.

Tokyo Disney Resort Encore: The Moments Exhibition” is a program that allows visitors to take a closer look at the costumes and the images and sounds related to these parades and shows! The Moments Exhibition” is currently being held.

When asked about their fondest memories of Tokyo Disney Resort, daytime and nighttime entertainment shows are the first to come to mind along with the attractions. Many people must have fond memories of waving to the Disney friends with big smiles on their faces!

A truly rare opportunity to view the original show costumes in person.

This program vividly brings back the excitement of the entertainment shows during the 40th anniversary. As we reported at the start of the 40th anniversary event, the program has been enhanced with a new exhibit!

The newest addition is the nighttime entertainment currently running at Tokyo DisneySea, “Believe! ~Sea of Dreams,” a nighttime entertainment program currently being performed at Tokyo DisneySea. The area is titled “The World of ‘Believe! ~The World of Sea of Dreams,” where you can delve deeper into the particulars of the costumes.

The exhibit will feature for the first time original costume designs by Greg Burns, a Tony Award-winning costume designer for many Broadway musicals. This is a rare opportunity to see them only here.

As you look at it, you will notice the ingenuity of the details that make it a nighttime entertainment, and moreover, because it is on the water. The more you look at the colors and the more you see the glamorous design even from afar, the more you will discover. At the same time, the more you look at it, the more you will discover that you are wearing the original costume you saw on the barge the next time you see it. It gives you the pleasure of thinking, “I’m in that barge, wearing the costume from the original that I saw last time!

MISIA (who sang the Japanese theme song) made a surprise appearance at the venue on the first day of the performance, and her outfit for the day was also revealed. The voluminous dress and hat with plenty of ruffles and sparkling bijoux. This is the best part of the costume display! It is a chance to see information about the costumes that would normally only be available to the performers and others involved in the show.
