The commercial facility Ikspiari in the Tokyo Disney Resort will hold a summer vacation event from July 21, and until August 27, visitors can enjoy water-swollen events, summer workshops, and food at various restaurants and stores.
The “Splash Challenge!” to be held for the first time in four years is an event in which participants get soaked by splashes of water flying out of the sky. Show a receipt of ¥1,000 or more spent at Ikspiari and you can participate once as a group.
During photo shoots, visitors can pose with colorful umbrellas, floats, and other photo items in their hands.
The event will be held at Celebration Plaza for a total of 11 days: July 21, 23, 29, and 30, and August 11, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, and 27.
Summer vacation workshops will also be held. The workshops include “Hawaiian Ribbon Lei Making” at Lani Hawaii and “Glass Garden Making” at Rainforest Café, which are perfect for children’s summer vacation projects.
In addition, restaurants and other eating and drinking establishments will offer summery menus. The refreshingly large serving of shaved ice “Rainbow” from CHIBBY AIRLINES and the stylish seasonal gelato “Goyave” from “à le Loïc” are just a few of the cool and refreshing treats on offer.
