Eki Retail Service Hankyu Hanshin will begin selling original sweets in collaboration with the “Chiikawa” collaboration project being implemented by Hankyu Railways at its station and ekichika stores along the Hankyu Railway line on August 17.
Hankyu Corporation plans to run wrapped trains on its Kobe, Takarazuka, and Kyoto lines from August 4, respectively, as well as various collaborative projects, including sales of original goods from August 9 and a digital stamp rally from August 17.
During the collaboration period, Tully’s Coffee at Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station 3F and all three other Tully’s Coffee outlets will offer “Chiikawa x Hankyu Train Oven Baked Cake” (930 yen) and Hiyori TauT Hankyu Rakunishiguchi Store will offer “Chiikawa x Hankyu Train collaboration limited edition cake set with cookies” (1250 yen) in limited quantity each day.
Take-out items include “Chiikawa x Hankyu Railway Muchauma Milk Manju” (972 yen) sold at Takayama-do’s Hankyu Nishinomiya Kitaguchi store, a set of doughnuts with “Chiikawa” designs collaborated with “Ikumi Mama’s Animal Doughnuts! and yogurt puff ice cream, wiener coffee puff ice cream, and udusu andorayaki in original packaging in collaboration with Hirota Confectionery, as well as branded sponge cakes in collaboration with castella specialty store DE CARNELO CASTE, will be sold at Hankyu Nishinomiya Kitaguchi Store and at events along the Hankyu Railway network. The branded sponge cakes will be sold at the “Gohobisuto” event store along the Hankyu line. The schedule for selling the collaboration sweets at “Gohobisuto” varies from store to store, and the schedule for opening a new store also differs depending on the seller of the sweets.
