To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Tokyo Disney Resort is holding “Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary Special Drone Show” at several fireworks shows across Japan.
The drone show starts with a starry sky. Characters related to the sky and flying will float in the night sky.
The “Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary Special Drone Show” is a special program that depicts Disney characters in the night sky with the introduction of approximately 700 drones and the famous Disney songs.
It includes characters associated with the new “Fantasy Springs” theme port that will open at Tokyo DisneySea in the spring of 2024, characters related to the sky and flying, and scenes celebrating Tokyo Disney Resort’s 40th anniversary.
Baymax and Baymax 2.0 are also in the night sky to the music of the park’s popular attractions. Baymax 2.0 changes angles and its dynamic nature is stunning.
The last part of the show will be a part of celebrating the 40th anniversary together, which will be a big hit! The 40th anniversary theme song, “Living in Color,” will make you even more excited to watch the show while humming “na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-naanairo~♪” to the tune of the theme song.
Special drone shows are scheduled for next weekend, July 30 at the Otaru Tide Festival in Hokkaido and August 5 at the Ishinomaki Kawabiraki Festival. We hope visitors will enjoy themselves to the fullest!
