FamilyMart has announced plans to install LUUP ports (rental outlets), a small mobility rental service, in 100 stores by the end of FY2023.
The company has already installed ports at stores in Tokyo and Kyoto, and will expand its coverage area: on July 28, service will begin at the tvk ecom park store in Kanagawa Prefecture and the Kuromon Ichiba Higashi and Uchihonmachi Nishi stores in Osaka Prefecture, and on July 31, at the Shin-Hakushima Ekimae and Sakai-machi 2-chome stores in Hiroshima Prefecture.
