Oyatsugu Company x Enoden to operate Showa-era candy shop-style wrapped train. Baby Star “noodle character” station signboards are also available.

Posted on 2023-08-01 by Editor in Chief

Oyatsugu Company will operate a wrapping train in collaboration with Enoshima Electric Railway from August 1 to 31 as the first part of the “#Baby Star in Everywhere” collaboration project.

Enoden trains with original Baby Star wrapping and interior decorations will run through the summer with the blue sea of Shonan in the background. The white and red exterior of the train is reminiscent of the Baby Star package, and inside the train, which is decorated in the style of a Showa-era candy store, you can enjoy doodles of “Baby Star characters” for each generation and retro advertisements full of puns.

Other events include sampling at Enoshima and Kamakura stations, a “noodle character workshop” and “character meet-and-greet” at Kamakura station as a limited event on August 2, and station name signs at Fujisawa, Enoshima, Kamakura Koukoumae, Inamuragasaki, Hase, and Kamakura stations to become “noodle characters.

Also, at Enoshima and Kamakura stations, there are photo spots where you can take pictures with Enoden character “Enon-kun” and Baby Star’s “Hoshio-kun.” If you buy a one-day ticket “Noriori-kun” and visit all six spots, you will receive a “Baby Star & Enoden Original Sticker. In addition, 200 winners will be selected by drawing to win a box of “Baby Star & Enoden original goods and assorted snacks from Oyatsu Company” if they enter the contest with the sticker.

In addition, as a product limited to the collaboration, “Baby Star Ramen (shrimp salt flavor),” a local Baby Star product available only in Shonan and Kamakura, will be released, and “Baby Beer,” a beer that goes well with Baby Star sold in 2022, will be released in advance with an Enoden original label. In addition, the fair is being held at nearby supermarkets such as Yamaka Enoshima Store and Don Quijote Fujisawa Store in conjunction with this project.
