Typhoon No. 7 approaching, Tokaido Shinkansen service between Nagoya and Shin-Osaka stations to be suspended all day on August 15.

JR Tokai announced that due to the approach of Typhoon No. 7, the Tokaido Shinkansen service between Nagoya and Shin-Osaka stations will be cancelled from the first departure on August 15 to the end of the day.

There are no plans to suspend service on the 14th and 16th, but there is a possibility that service may be suspended depending on the situation.

JR West has also indicated that it may implement a planned service suspension between Shin-Osaka and Okayama Stations on the Sanyo Shinkansen Line.
