Ruellia Winery, which also operates a luxury resort, has extensive vineyards. The Ruellia Winery vineyards are located in the upper Galilee area, 840 to 890 meters above sea level, where the wind blowing down from Mt. The vineyards cover 45 acres. The well-drained land and unique climate of the region, as well as advanced water technology and homemade organic compost, ensure the production of high quality wine grapes. Gidi Saida, who is responsible for the overall production management of the Ruellia Winery, took me on a special tour of the vineyard and I could see firsthand the passion and love that goes into the cultivation of the grapes. Currently, the Ruellia winery produces 12 different wines from the best vineyard selections each harvest year.
