Parkwood Hotels will open the Nozo Hotel (14-38 Kitanomine-cho, Furano, Hokkaido) on December 19. The hotel is currently accepting reservations through its official website.
Located approximately 7 minutes by car from JR Furano Station, the hotel offers easy access to Furano ski resort. The hotel is equipped with a large bath, gym, ski lockers, and kids’ rooms for winter sports and long-term stays. With 78 rooms on the 5th floor above ground, all 9 types of rooms are entirely decorated in light wood tones and have a minimalist design with the essentials organized in a compact manner.
The interior of the building is decorated in a contemporary taste with an awareness of natural materials, and the bar, lounge, restaurant, and terrace have an open feel. In addition to weddings and parties, the building has an event space that can be used for exhibitions, and aims to be a place for interaction as a hub of the community.
The restaurant serves international cuisine, sushi, teppanyaki, and other dishes using many seasonal ingredients from Furano and Biei. The adjacent bar serves trendy mocktails, Hokkaido beers, wines, and other world-class alcoholic beverages.
