LOGOS Corporation’s outdoor brand LOGOS has released four types of “Iron Craftsman” lid plates.
The Japanese-made iron lid can be used together with the corresponding “LOGOS Tetsu no Shokunin Grill Pan” and “LOGOS Sierra Cup” to cook Dutch oven dishes and rice for one person, expanding the range of cooking.
Alone, it can also be used as a frying pan or oven dish by combining it with the “LOGOS Iron Craftsman Finally Handle” (sold separately).
The “spatula-drawing process,” in which a spatula is used to draw and form the iron plate, achieves high heat storage and light weight, enabling efficient cooking at high temperatures and keeping food from getting cold. The surface has a “hard tempering” finish that resists rust, and can be used immediately without the need for oiling.
The brass tongue has a retro glass design and can be lifted or hung using commercially available carabiners or the “LOGOS Iron Craftsman Barely Handle”.
