One of the most fun things to do at Tokyo Disney Resort is to enjoy the seasonal special menus. If it’s been a while since you’ve been to the parks, you may want to try the one-hand menus and enjoy the seasonal delicacies.
Then how about the “Special Set” (4,300 yen) offered at Restaurant Sakura, a Japanese restaurant at Tokyo DisneySea, from September 1?
The “Special Set” includes “Matsutake mushroom and shrimp steamed in earthenware jar” with matsutake mushrooms, an ingredient unique to autumn, “Seasonal appetizer (tuna, mozzarella and seaweed salad in Japanese style)” and “Spanish mackerel grilled in Saikyo style with yam yam and sweet potato.
In addition, for the main course, you can enjoy “Wagyu Beef and Crab Mabushi Donburi” at one time. The main dish is a colorfully battered deep-fried crab leg covered with yuba. It is a gorgeous dish that is perfect for celebrating the 40th anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort. Yuzu and salted kelp are used as a secret ingredient to give the dish a gentle salty flavor that makes it easy to eat.
