Hanshin Expressway will put the “Hanshin Expressway Unlimited ETC Ride Pass 2023” on sale on September 8 at 10:00 a.m., offering unlimited rides for one day on the entire Hanshin Expressway or by district (East and West). The period of use is Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from September 16 to March 31, 2024, with the first 5,000 passengers for each set date.
The discount is available for weekend excursions, etc., and can be applied for on the dedicated website prior to the passage of traffic. A further discount will be offered for vehicles equipped with ETC2.0.
Fares are 1680 yen (1600 yen) for standard vehicles and 1420 yen (1340 yen) for mini/motorcycles for all areas of the Hanshin Expressway, and 1110 yen (1050 yen) for standard vehicles and 960 yen (910 yen) for mini/motorcycles for each area (East and West). Both rates in parentheses are for ETC2.0. Each ETC card can be used up to 10 times.
