On September 1, Jackery Japan launched the Solar Generator 300 Plus 40W Mini, a portable power supply 300 Plus with a foldable solar panel.
With a compact design, the main unit measures approximately 230 x 155 x 167 mm and weighs approximately 3.75 kg, making it highly portable. It can be utilized during power outages and outdoor activities, and is also suitable for solo camping and teleworking as it can be carried easily. With a capacity of 288Wh and a rated output of 300W, it can charge a smartphone approximately 14 times. It also has an EPS function that allows for continuous use of home appliances in an emergency.
The battery is a lithium-ion iron phosphate battery, which is also used in the existing Plus series. The company’s proprietary ChargeShield technology allows the battery to be fully recharged in approximately two hours at a household AC outlet, and the company claims that the battery will last for more than 10 years even if used daily.
The dedicated Jackery app allows users to switch power and check battery level from their smartphone, and can be connected via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
The Jackery Portable Power Supply 300 Plus is priced at around 39,800 yen, and the Jackery Solar Generator 300 Plus 40W Mini, which includes a solar panel, is priced at around 49,900 yen.
