Tokyo Station Hotel has decided to sell original suitcases and handbags in collaboration with British luggage brand Globe Trotter. The selling price and sales method will be announced at a later date.
The design features a body color that combines a subdued Akane red, inspired by the red bricks of Tokyo Station, and natural leather that changes color with long use. The inner lining is made of an original fabric drawn by Globe-Trotter for this collaboration and finished in a hand-painted style with a variety of toned-down colors.
The suitcase is a two-wheeled carry-on size (58 x 42 x 21 cm) that can be carried on board. The handbag is The London Square type (20 x 29 x 11 cm), which can be carried on the shoulder or handheld when walking around town. It weighs 1 kg and has a capacity of 5 liters.
