This year, “Disney Halloween” has started at Tokyo DisneySea, where “Dream Go Round” is being held to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort. Adult guests can also enjoy dressing up in costumes to their heart’s content, and the extraordinary atmosphere that only this time of year can offer is appealing.
