As part of the “JAL Furusato Project,” JAL is developing the “Traveling Makers’ Dinner,” a dinner event to introduce regional attractions to the Tokyo metropolitan area through local foods and products, and will hold the fifth such event on September 24.
This time we will focus on Imari City, Saga Prefecture. The venue is Ore no French Grand Maison Otemachi, where chef Ryo Kamiki and manager/sommelier Junichi Hasegawa will offer a special menu featuring Imari ingredients and wines to enjoy pairing.
