Roadside Station Kawaba Denen Plaza (385 Hagimuro, Kawaba-mura, Tone-gun, Gunma Prefecture) will hold a helicopter tour, “A Sky Walk with a Superb View of Gunma,” on September 23-24 to provide an aerial view of the great nature of Akagi Mountain in preparation for the autumn leaf season.
Michi-no-Eki Kawaba Rural Plaza is a roadside station with facilities such as specialty stores, restaurants, cafes, sweet stores, a bakery, and a brewery on a large 6-hectare site. It also offers a blueberry harvesting experience and a play zone, and won the Grand Prix for two consecutive years in the “National Roadside Stations Grand Prix 2023” announced by Jaran in August.
On this helicopter tour, visitors will be able to enjoy the three-dimensional natural terrain from the sky, including the Tanigawa mountain range and Mount Muson.
