Mitsui Shopping Park LaLa Terrace HARUMI FLAG” will open in March 2024 on the site of the former Oripara athletes village. Total of 40 stores, including one of the largest Summit stores in Tokyo

Mitsui Fudosan will open the Mitsui Shopping Park LaLa Terrace HARUMI FLAG (5-2-31 Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), a lifestyle-type commercial facility, in the area of the HARUMI FLAG (Harumi 5-chome West Urban Area Redevelopment Project Type 1), an urban development project on the former site of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games athletes village. (5-2-31 Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will open in March 2024.

40 stores, including one of the largest supermarkets in Tokyo, Summit Store, and four stores opening for the first time in Tokyo, are scheduled to open on a sales floor of approximately 10,000 m2.

The first floor is the “Daily Market,” a food floor with Summit Store at its core, the second floor is the “Daily Select” area with daily necessities and restaurants, and the third floor is the “Wellbeing” area with health and learning schools, services, clinics, etc. The three-level structure aims to create a “lifestyle-based facility” that will also serve as an exchange center for the Harumi area.
