On October 6, Daido Forward, which develops NEWYORKER men’s wear, released a limited edition of 80 “Disney100 Disney Character/Multi-pattern Ties”.
Available at the Men’s Takashimaya Shinjuku store, Men’s Sogo Yokohama store, and NY online. Two colors, silver and navy, are available, priced at 17,600 yen each.
The jacquard-weave large sword features silhouettes of popular characters from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars. The high-density, 100% silk construction is smooth and glossy, making it suitable for business use as well.
Casually decorated with characters, it is sure to become a small conversation starter. The color scheme consists of silver, inspired by the platinum color of the Disney 100, and two of the brand’s colors.
In addition, the small sword portion features “NEWYORKER House Tartan”. It is one point of the styling. There is also an embroidered logo & tag on the back of the large sword.
