Hawaiian Airlines will redesign its in-flight amenity kits and bedding sets with the Hawaiian lifestyle brand “Noho Home by Jalene Kanani Bell”.
The design, inspired by the Leihoku Suites, the premium cabins on Hawaiian Airlines’ Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, is based on three motifs: Kilo Hoku (star gazer), Lele (fly/jump) and ‘Olali (smooth moving). The design is expressed by three motifs. As the Hawaiian word “Noho” means “to be, live, or originate from,” the design brings a sense of place and comfort, as if one were in Hawaii, even on board the plane.
Business class comforters are decorated with Kilo Hoku and ‘Olali, and mattress pads and pillows are also available.
Extra Comfort and Main cabins will offer the new Lele-designed amenity kit.
