JR East Japan Trading will release “Katanuki Baum” of E5 Shinkansen Hayabusa and E6 Shinkansen Komachi at its railroad goods store “TRAINIART” on October 14. This is to commemorate Railroad Day. The product weighs 65 grams and is priced at 648 yen.
The E5 Series Hayabusa and E6 Series Komachi are printed and cut on carefully baked flat baumkuchen. The Hayabusa has a plain dough with a hint of egg and almond, while the Komachi has a strawberry flavor with a refreshing sweetness that can be enjoyed by both children and adults. They can be eaten “deliciously and happily” while molding along the cut lines.
