JCB will completely renew its members-only application “MyJCB” around mid-November.
In addition to a redesign to make it easier to read and find information, new application functions have been added. The new application features larger text and simplified elements, which will allow users to check the information they want to know without hesitation.
The “Secure Settings Status” recommends optimal security settings for users. The “Safe Settings Status” recommends the most appropriate security settings for users. Functions for safe use, such as “Card Usage Notification” and “Overuse Alert,” as well as information on procedures in the event of loss or theft, are also integrated on a single screen.
The Concierge Service, which is offered to The Class and Platinum Card members, is now available via app as well as by phone. Some services, such as restaurant reservations and consultations and golf course arrangements, are available via the app.
In addition to the existing personal authentication methods (MyJCB password and one-time password), “MyJCB App Authentication” can be set for authentication when using online shopping. This will make it possible to authenticate the identity of customers in a simpler step.
