OMO by Hoshino Resort announced that “OMO5 Tokyo Gotanda by Hoshino Resort” will open on April 11, 2024.

It will be located on the 14th to 20th floors of the Gotanda JP Building (completed in December 2023), a 6-minute walk from Gotanda Station, consisting of offices and commercial facilities. The concept is “a paradise of night views and treats.

The OMO brand’s first high-rise floors, 60 to 100 meters above ground level, will feature 188 guest rooms in eight types with views of the Shinagawa, Meguro, and Osaki areas. The hotel will also offer a “neighborhood map” to help you explore the area and go sightseeing, as well as guided tours by staff members with extensive experience in the city. From popular izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) near the station to casual French cuisine, the hotel will offer a variety of ways to enjoy Gotanda’s gourmet scene, including many famous restaurants that will make even the most discerning gourmet connoisseur swoon.

The hotel’s most distinctive feature is the “OMO Base,” a public space located 60 meters above ground level. The floor with high ceilings and an area of approximately 1,200 m2 is home to the “OMO Café” where you can eat and drink from breakfast to nighttime, a “dog garden” directly accessible from guest rooms where you can stay with your dog, and a “hanging garden” where you can relax like in a park surrounded by a water view, even though the hotel is located in the city center.

The hotel will also have a workroom, gym, and laundry facilities. The hotel will start accepting reservations on its official website on January 11, 2024.
