Choshi Electric Railway and Yamazaki Baking will sell jointly developed “Yuzu Nanami Mayonnaise Flavor Bread (with Choshi Electric Railway’s Nure Sempei)” from November 1 to December 31. This is the second product jointly developed by the two companies, following the “Cheese Bread” in July.
The bread reproduces the arrangement of Nure-sembei rice crackers with shichimi (seven spices) and mayonnaise, which is also favored by Choshi Dentetsu. In order to reduce food loss, the Nure-sembei is made from out-of-spec products produced during the manufacturing process.
It will be sold at Daily Yamazaki, Yamazaki Shops, and Yamazaki product stores mainly in the Kanto region, as well as at Choshi Dentetsu’s Inubo Station and Nure Sempei Station (1753 Obama-cho, Choshi City, Chiba Prefecture).
