Rhythm will release the radio wave digital alarm clock “Alarm Digital R235/Snoopy” (5,500 yen) on its official website in early November.
The Snoopy and Woodstock figures are used as snooze buttons, and the design looks as if they are sleeping in a doghouse.
The LCD screen uses comic-like characters and numbers, a colon (:) in the motif of Snoopy’s footprints, Woodstock in the “radio wave mark” displayed when radio waves are received, and a device that allows Snoopy to appear only on “lucky days” as a “lucky day” display function.
The “snooze light button” turns on the after-illumination function light, allowing the wearer to check the time at night. In addition, temperature, humidity, and calendar display functions are provided. It measures 102 x 120 x 54 mm and is available in red and beige. It operates on two AA manganese dry cell batteries.
