On November 18, Hakone Tozan Bus will make changes to its Ashinoko Liner, a limited express bus service with seating capacity, and revise its timetable. The company will add a new stop at Hakone-cho Port, where the Hakone Pirate Boat makes a port call, and revise its timetable in consideration of the latest trends in passenger traffic.
The Ashinoko Liner will operate every Saturday, Sunday, and national holiday (except December 30 – January 14, 2024 and February 23-24, 2024), with four daily services and 50 seats available for each service. Under the revised timetable, the departure time of the first service to Odawara and Hakone-Yumoto will be moved back 10 minutes and that of the second service will be moved up 30 minutes.
A boarding reference ticket (liner ticket) and a boarding pass are required to board the bus. digital tickets are sold in advance through the EMot application and the “Hakone Navi” website from one month prior to the boarding date until 20 minutes before departure of each flight, and paper tickets are sold on the day of boarding only when there are available seats.
