Tokyo Disney Resort is holding the special event “Disney Christmas” from November 8 to December 25.
In addition to the romance of the parks in winter, it is also the season when you can find the most spectacular dish of the year on the special menu at the Disney Hotels.
Canna, the creative cuisine restaurant at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, is now offering the “Disney Christmas” Stylish Canna (dinner) (14,500 yen).
Toast with Mousse of Horohoro chicken”, “Salted tuna with turnip blancmange”, “Itoyori sea bream and scallop tartar with green tea seasoning, cucumber and yuzu pepper cream with kiwi salsa”, “Braised eel and burdock with red wine, mushroom and fu chausson, Japanese chestnut foam”.
The “Steamed and Grilled Flatfish with Radish and Chorizo Fish Broth with Garland Chrysanthemum” and “Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Awafu and Truffle with Hollandaise Sauce with Undan and Tamari Soy Sauce” are just a few of the dishes on the menu.
The decorations, reminiscent of wreaths and ornaments, are enchanting as each plate is brought to you. The dessert “Bella Becca and Coffee Mousse with Vanilla Ice Cream” also features the 40th anniversary logo. Note that “Magical Art Drinks (coffee liquid, milk, whipped)” can also be ordered with the course.
