Tokyu Land Corporation has announced that the “Minoh Kayano Station Development Project (tentative name)” underway in Minoh City, Osaka Prefecture, will be named “Minoh Cuse Mall STATION Building” and will open on March 23, 2024. The opening will coincide with the opening of Minoh Kayano Station, a new station of Kita Osaka Kyuko Railway directly connected to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.

It features a convenient location adjacent to the new Minoh Kayano Station and “Minoo Cuse Mall”. The building in front of the station is called “STATION 1” and the stores under the elevated tracks of Kita Osaka Kyuko Line are called “STATION 2,” which will be operated together with the six existing “Minoo Cuse Mall” buildings under the concept of “something a little nice that brightens everyday life.

Adjacent to the new station and bus rotary, access to the facility is greatly improved. The facility has an abundance of convenience stores, restaurants, and food retail tenants that can be casually dropped in during commutes to work or school.

The second floor of the STATION building will feature a variety of food and product stores to meet the needs of both the “on-the-spot” shopping needs and the “little something nice” needs of the tenants. These include the natural supermarket “Bioral” produced by the Life supermarket, and “Croquette Croquetta,” a popular croquette specialty store in Onohara, Minoh City.

A variety of food and beverage outlets have been developed to meet the various food and beverage needs of the area in front of the station. These include “Soup Stock Tokyo,” a restaurant specializing in eating soup, “Kamatake Udon,” a famous Osaka Sanuki-Udon noodle restaurant established in Sennichimae, Namba, and “Minamen Cafe,” produced by “Mankind Minamenryu,” a popular ramen restaurant that draws long lines.

In addition, there will be a variety of stores selling goods and services that are more relevant to daily life. The “Shop-In” select cosmetics store will offer the latest in high-quality, trendy cosmetics and beauty items.
