Disney Christmas” started on November 8 at the Tokyo Disney Resort and will run through December 25.

The “Disney Christmas” Yule Tide (18,500 yen) at Canna, the creative cuisine restaurant at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, is a special course available only from December 1 to 25. Each dish is filled with the attention to detail that makes for a special Christmas dinner.

From the appetizers such as “Fritter of Kasube with Matcha-scented Snow Salt,” “Tuna Tartar with Olive Cannele,” and “Tarte with Comte Cheese,” the plate was already covered with a snowy scene. Smoked turkey and braised Ezo abalone,” “Mussel espuma with rose champagne foam,” followed by “Snow crab and Shogoin turnip royale with salmon roe and aosa bean paste.”

The “Poiret of Lobster and Scallop with Amani and Fondue of Shimonita Onion in Bouillabaisse Jus” and “Grilled Wagyu Beef Sirloin cooked at low temperature with Duxelles of Donko Shiitake Mushroom, Black Truffle and Burdock Madilla Sauce” are only available in this course, which offers a good balance of seafood and meat.

Dessert is “Mascarpone Cream and Yuzu Crème Brulee with Amaou Sorbet” with notes dancing on the plate as if you could hear the music. You can choose your favorite drink from coffee, tea, and “Magical Art Drink.

For an additional 4,000 yen, you can enjoy a different main dish and mignardises!
