Nishitetsu to open “Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Osaka Honmachi (tentative name)” in winter 2026. 209 rooms directly connected to Honmachi Station on Midosuji Line.

The Nishi-Nippon Railroad Group will open “Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Osaka Honmachi (tentative name)” in Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, in the winter of fiscal 2026. This will be the second “SOLARIA” brand hotel in the Kansai area, following “Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Kyoto Premier – Sanjo Kamogawa”.

The planned site faces Midosuji Avenue and is directly connected to Hommachi Station, the junction of the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, Yotsubashi Line, and Chuo Line. The Chuo Line is scheduled to be extended to Yumeshima, the site of the Osaka World Exposition, in 2024, making the site a highly convenient location for tourism and business in the Kansai region.

The 13-story building is planned to have a total of 209 rooms of nine types to meet various needs, including double and twin rooms as well as triple rooms and rooms equipped with a mini-kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. A restaurant serving breakfast for guests will be located on the second floor, and a fitness gym will be on the third floor.
