Nagasaki’s Huistenbosch ranks first for winter fireworks. Offering fireworks cruises and accommodation plans for viewing fireworks.

No.1 “Huis Ten Bosch Christmas Fireworks” (Nagasaki)

No. 3 “Toyako Onsen Winter Fireworks 2024” (Hokkaido)

No. 4 “Winter Atami Marine Fireworks Display” (Shizuoka Prefecture)

No. 5 “Yokohama Sparkling Twilight 2023” (Kanagawa Prefecture)

Approximately 150 fireworks will be shot off in about 5 minutes, coloring the Port of Yokohama. 2020-2022 the event will be held in secret, but this season the full schedule and location have been announced. Some events will be held on the same day.

No.6 “Gero Onsen Fireworks Musical Winter Performance” (Gifu Prefecture)

This is Gero Onsen’s largest winter event, with approximately 10,000 fireworks set off to music. Every Saturday from January to March 2024, “Winter Gero Onsen Hanabi Monogatari (Fireworks Story)” will be held with seasonal themes.

No. 7 “Leoma Resort Fireworks Fantasia – Miracle of the Northern Lights Show x Fireworks Fantasia” (Kagawa)

The venue is Leoma Resort, one of the largest theme parks in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions. Visitors can enjoy “Fireworks Fantasia,” an entertainment show of sound and light shining in the night sky, and “Miracle of the Aurora Borealis Show,” a fantastic light show that reproduces the Northern Lights in succession.

Period: December 2, 9, 16, 23-30, 2023

No. 8 “Hoshino Resort Nekoma Mountain” (Fukushima Prefecture)

This is a big slope of 189 hectares where Arz Bandai and Nekoma ski resorts are connected by a connecting lift. In the south area, you can enjoy fireworks during night skiing every Saturday.

Period: January 6, 13, 20, 27, February 3, 10, 17, 24, and March 2, 2024

No. 9 “Tottooki Winter Fireworks Display” (Shizuoka Prefecture)

Held concurrently with the winter Yosakoi Sosra Festival, the festival features a collaboration of fireworks and powerful dance performances. Visitors can also shop at the Marche near the venue.

Period: December 23, 2023

No.10 “ISOGAI Fireworks Theater in Nagoya Port” (Aichi Prefecture)

The event will be presented by Isoya Fireworks, one of Japan’s leading manufacturers and producers of fireworks. The highlight of the festival is “Dramatic Hanabi,” a fireworks musical featuring music and a Christmas story.
