Navitime Japan has added an “automatic detour route search” function to the transfer information in “NAVITIME for au Smart Pass” within the “au Smart Pass” application.
This function automatically displays “detour routes” that avoid train routes that are delayed or suspended, and is available for routes throughout Japan. It also supports detours by means of transportation other than rail, such as buses and airplanes (operation information is reflected only for rail routes).
