Japan’s First Drone Show of Animated Characters at Hakkeijima, Yokohama. Ultraman/Eva/Onimatoru no Kai (Blade of Demons) will be drawn in the night sky.

The STARDANCE Executive Committee will hold “STARDANCE in Yokohama-Hakkeijima Sea Paradise,” Japan’s first Japan Anime & Character-themed drone show festival. The event will be held on December 23, 24, 29, 30, and 31.

1,000 LED-equipped drones will be released into the night sky of Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise (Hakkeijima, Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture), the venue for the event, to depict motifs from “Ultraman,” “Evangelion,” and “Oni no Kai” (Blade of Demons).

Also, on December 24, a special one-night-only performance, “Christmas Drone Show x Fireworks,” will be held. Visitors can enjoy a spectacular spectacle of light woven by powerful fireworks and drones.
