Luup has introduced a port for its LUUP electric micromobility sharing service at the Kyoto Station North Exit Plaza. The port allows users to rent electrically power assisted bicycles.
The company began providing service in Kyoto on November 26, 2021, and currently has over 500 ports in the city. By introducing LUUP ports to the station’s north exit plaza, the company aims to help eliminate overtourism and improve circulation in the Kyoto area.
