Mori Building will finally open “Azabudai Hills” on November 24, after 35 years of work. The concept is “Modern Urban Village – a plaza-like town surrounded by greenery that connects people to each other,” and will be developed around the two pillars of “Green” and “Wellness. Green” and “Wellness. As a “future form of Hills,” three high-rise towers are arranged in a “vertical garden city” style, with the vacant space used for greenery. This article focuses on the Tower Plaza, a commercial area on the lower floors of Mori JP Tower.

Tower Plaza is seamless from shopping to dining. Visitors can take their time to find their favorites at higher price points. While “Garden Plaza” had many restaurants and other eateries and stores offering items perfect for souvenirs, “Tower Plaza” is mainly for shopping. A total of 59 stores are concentrated on the lower floors of Mori JP Tower. The first floor is mainly famous brand stores. The opening is scheduled for 2024, but restaurants and cafes located on the same floor will open earlier on November 24. Of these, the “Pelican Cafe” is the one to watch out for. The café will offer a menu featuring bread from “Bread Pelican,” a popular bakery founded in Asakusa. Check out the Nicolai Bergmann Nom (B1F), a floral café that also features Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design, which boasts a popular boxed bouquet of flowers. The cafe also offers an original Azabudai Hills menu, providing a relaxing experience. The second floor is a high-sensitivity fashion floor focusing on fashion and sports to meet the needs of city dwellers. At the select store “Le Grand Closet de Parigo,” customers can feel the happiness of wearing high-end brands in a luxurious space. Lululemon, a yoga wear brand, offers a lineup of active wear. The store offers both women’s and men’s wear, including relaxed items that can be used for athletic activities. If you are looking for a special piece of jewelry, you may want to visit “Maison Hirotaka. Inspired by tropical plants and animals, the jewelry is a sight to behold. The store mainly deals in high-end jewelry, and you can enjoy shopping in a private space.

From interior design shops to restaurants after shopping, the “main dining room in town” is here. 23 stores are located on the third floor of Tower Plaza. In addition to interior and lifestyle stores, there are many restaurants that serve as the “main dining room in town. The Conran Shop Tokyo, a well-known rice-style store, occupies an area of approximately 1,330m2. The Conran Shop Tokyo offers items focusing on beauty and craftsmanship, interior accessories, and a new business model that includes a restaurant. In the restaurant area, where 20 restaurants will gather, the famous Izu restaurant “Ochiai Ro Steak House Tokyo” will open for the first time in Tokyo. They will deliver Izu gourmet specialties such as Izu beef, sweetfish, and wasabi. The restaurant’s dynamic teppanyaki cooking will surely provide you with a delicious dining experience. Sushi Azabu, the first restaurant to open in Japan, is an Edo-style sushi restaurant that has won one Michelin star in Manhattan and Miami. The restaurant offers authentic nigiri and temaki sushi favored overseas. Tantalize your taste buds with global delicacies! At Liaison, the first French restaurant to open in the Kanto area, you can dine while enjoying the view of the central plaza.
