ROKU KYOTO, LXR Hotels & Resorts will offer strawberry parfait and strawberry cocktail using strawberries that are in season at the TENJIN restaurant. The period is from January 15 to March 31, 2024.
At TENJIN Restaurant’s All-Day Dining, the “Strawberry Millefeuille Parfait” is a lavish use of the season’s strawberries. This new parfait uses “Amao” strawberries, which are characterized by their rich sweetness and juicy juice, and is made into a millefeuille with buttery pie crust, two kinds of cream, rich strawberry confiture and strawberry sorbet. The combination of sweet and sour strawberries, light cream, and crispy pie crust can be enjoyed. The price is 3,795 yen.
At “The Bar,” a fantastic space facing the water, two seasonal cocktails featuring the season’s strawberries are offered. The “Scarlett Berry,” a cocktail made with sweet and sour strawberries in homage to Scarlett O’Hara, and the “Leonardo Berry,” a fruit Champagne cocktail with a fresh strawberry aroma. Each cocktail is made with four fresh strawberries per glass. The Scarlet Berry is priced at 2,900 yen and the Leonardo Berry at 3,300 yen.
